Too true
Art, this is one of those images that spoke to me when I saw it at the MOMA website and I knew someday there would be the perfect place for it. If you go back to the third article I posted here (July 2007), the journalist Alice Duer Miller had great fun covering the New York State legislature ninety years ago.
